Rejoicing

Today is a day that I want to take to rejoice in my Lord God and the people that support me, pray for me, and completely love on me. I don't deserve any of this love, yet it's given so freely. 1 year and 3 months ago, I went to La Villa de San Antonio near Comayagua, Honduras. I fell in love with a country in a little over a week, and have struggled and wrestled with wanting to go back. I didn't understand why my heart had been so broken for a country that I couldn't be in at the moment. I probably have talked with God more this year than I have ever before. People encouraged me to read scripture, to read books on leadership and God, to really seek what God wanted from me, not just what I wanted. God grew my patience and taught me to love myself for who I am because He has transformed me and is still transforming me to do His will and to have true beauty because of Him. This coming January, I will be returning to Honduras to teach at a wonderful school called Ruach in Comayagua. I am beyond thrilled and I just want to extend an enormous thanks to all my friends, mentors, and family who have given me their time, wisdom, and support towards the desire that I believe God has given me. God put you specifically in my life to help me defeat the discouragement of Satan. I love you all and I praise God for you!! God is so good.
